Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travbit mobile application and the website at travbitapp.com (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Travbit provides curated travel itineraries, interactive maps, points of interest and travel guides for cities and countries. Content is provided for general information and inspiration to help you plan trips.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.

3. Subscriptions, passes & billing

Travbit offers a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) and one-time itinerary, city and country passes. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.
• Prices may change; we will give notice where required and changes will not affect the period already paid for.
• One-time passes grant access to specific content and are not recurring.

4. Free trial

We may offer a 3-day Pro free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it will convert into a paid subscription at the applicable price. You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our content or itineraries without permission.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its itineraries, text, maps, design, logos and software, is owned by Federico Di Nuzzo (Travbit) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own, non-commercial use.

7. Your content

Trips and favourites you create remain yours. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and display this content to you as part of providing the Service.

8. Travel information disclaimer

Travel content (opening hours, prices, routes, availability, safety and local conditions) can change and may contain errors. Travbit is provided for guidance only; you are responsible for verifying important details and for your own decisions and safety while travelling.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Italian and EU law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travbit and Federico Di Nuzzo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
